    Banned from Ed2K

It would appear that I have been blacklisted for some reason and I can't work out why.
I am using shareaza 2.0 and have left most of the settings as standard. I have read most of the posts re blacklisting and need a couple of answers if anyone can help?

How do I slow down the re-query time as I have been told that if the same file is requested too frequently it can cause an automatic blacklisting?

I have 8Gb + in my local library so I don't think it's a lack of available files to share.

I used to maintain a 1000 rating on Kazaa and am concerned that I have caused offence to a machine (sad) by using the default settings on Shareaza... please help.

Oh and how can I get off the blacklist?

There's so many ed2k servers that getting blacklisted by one won't really cut you off of the network. You should still be able to connect. Some servers just have really weird rules and such.

Depending on the server, usually only time can allow you to become un-blisted.

    Good luck, Welcome to ZeroPaid.

Cheers Hawkburn, don't suppose you have any idea how to slow the re query thingy down a bit do you?

No, not unless you disable the "auto-connect" feature and then just manually 2x click a server to connect to it.
