What happened to BearShare

What happened to BearShare download numbers? 1 month ago it was like 20,000 downloads then the week after it went to 350,000 downloads then 2 weeks ago it went to like 300,000 then last week it went to about 90,000, then last weeks downloaded numbers went down to like 30,000

WHy is this? I got this information from Download.com :)
Download.com says:
"BearShare This bear has lost some of its share, as this P2P stalwart slips 13 spots to No. 20."

i think its like some one else said the fact you cant even share bears is just a blow out i think word of this is getting round which is making people not download it,oo and the fact its full of shitware is on a suck ass network and is run by a arsehole is probley affecting it too.

Bearshares dreadful, my advice is use a program that actually works plenty of them out there.

Yes the owners a jerk as well everytime he's wrong he flames people like he did with Mike from Shareaza when Mike did his G2 protocol thing.....cripes vinn was over at Shareaza forums so many times and was so angry he kept forgetting his password. It was one of the funniest forum incidents I ever witnessed... hehehe

If vin cant remember a password god only knows what he forgot in his program :error
