hii i have two problems in my shareaza one that it is too slow second of all that it dont connect to g1 and edonkey server:S
you should check or search the zeropaid forum first http://zeropaid.com/bbs/showthread.php?threadid=24064
I'm not a Shareza user, don't you have to specifiied which network first you wish to connect? Could it connect to other networks simultaneously?
No, it will connect to all the networks simultaneously without any trouble. I haven't tried the most recent version due to getting sidetracked trying to get something worth reviewing out of the ants program, but I suspect that g1 and eAss may not be turned on or may be giving too-slow responses to shareaza queries. If I can get the chance later on I will fetch it and see how it works for me, sorry I don't have a better answer than that off the top of my head :(
i wish to- connect to both of them but i can't and if someone has a good file sharing software for me to use plz tell me about it and thanx for your help
if you like G1/G2 networks, just stick to Shareaza.. but if u want to get those files from eDonkey network/server use the original eDonkey client (opt out all spywares during installation).
1 check your firewall here default port for shareaza 6346 both tcp and udp
2 if you install sp2 for windows XP before shareaza's installation you will have to run this patch from here sp2 limits connections to the internet, this is a problem for shareaza so maximize connections to 100.
crucial
if you run the patch then you will have to check shareaza's settings, go to tools->shareaza settings->advanced and check

3 go to tools->shareaza settings->networks->edonkey 2000 and download edonkey serverlist from the web . if the default link its not working then copy paste this serverlist link
4 if you cant connect to gnutella go to shareaza discovery services(F9) and copy paste webcache addresses this way .
you can find webcache addresses here. just copy paste 4-5 addresses.
thanx it worked :D
Nice sig, dude. :)

Since its inception almost 30 years ago, the internet has been transformed from a primitive device for sharing thoughts and ideas, into a massive network where people pay to connect and read advertisements they don't want, while calling each other "asshats".
