How to find out what ports my ISP blocks

Is there a program or some other way to find out which ports my ISP blocks so I know which to use for my BT client?

you can test for incoming blocked ports by temporarily disabling your firewall, and running a (friendly) port scan such as the one at http://www.grc.com (look for shieldsup). if any of the ports show up as stealth...and you're not running a firewall, your isp is blocking them.
