Need help

I just downloaded a game in a compressed rar archive and cant figure out how to install it.
When I open it I see four folders, one .ink, one nfo, one exe and a text file. The nfo and text file dont tell how to install the game any help will be extremely appreciated.

.ink may possibly be a shortcut...well let's see, scan the exe, if nothing comes up, double-click it.

Ok I clicked the exe and it gave me this error
"Error!
Unable to get IFileSystem interface from filesystem factory."

1.) What network did you get this from
2.) Is this a verified file
3.) How big is the archive?

Remember no file names. Those three questions will help narrow down a few things.
