The odds are that it would cost more then $4.99 USD because you need to include S&H and if your money isn't USD then it needs to be converted. Some require the money to be in EUD or BP. The next thing is the money you used to send the money to them, if you don't use a created card, such as VISA. You could use Pay Pal but some people don't use this method.

If it a book you can get local for about the same price then get it local to where you live.

Ebay is great if you can get something include cost of getting it would make it much less then it would cast you local from where you live. Another area it great if it something you can't find local and it is the lower cost as you see on the internet then go that rote but with anything you order from a unknown source, you might get rip off.

Geezus Modestas you ask some strange questions for these boards. Ebay does offer a lot of help on registration.

I buy a lot of books from ebay and always get them cheaper than I can at the local book store but you got to shop around. The shipping will cost you more to ship from the U.S. anyway but shouldn't be to exspensive I don't think. Some sellers can be a dick about this so be sure to check the seller details on shipping or Email them a question about it. Some sellers have an option to enter in where you are and it will tell you how much the shipping will be. Always check a sellers feedback rating to see if they are a fair dealer.

Your could send a U.S. money order. I'm not sure how Pay Pal or credit cards are handled from Lithuania. Good luck

You could also check Amazon.com. Lots of books there.
