Urlopen Error 1003 Timeout (10060, Operation Timed out)
Hey whenever I try and download something I keep getting this error. Please help.
The tracker is down. Try another one.
I have tried several different ones. All the same error.
Give us some more information. What client are you using? Are you connecting through a router? Are the ports forwarded? Do you have a software firewall? etc.
