Let Me Start By Saying I'm Not A Computer Techi - So Please Make Your Answers Basic.
I've Installed Winmx. During The Setup Process A Message "cannot Get An Outgoing Tcp Connection" And Followed The Instructions That Came After.
Now When I Try To Connect, All I Get Is A Flashing Yellow Square And Never A Connection.
Ports And Proxy's What Are They! Why Can I Get An Internet, Email And Kazaa Connections But Not This? My Op System Is Xp If That Assists.

1. Are you using any Firewall or Wireless Router?
2. Are you on Primary or Secondary Connection?
3. Are you using default TCP & UDP Ports?
