    Unhappy Help running Xfactor

    Can anybody tell me how to just get the darned thing to open

    Um - help with install ..

    i also can't get xfactor to install successfully. I drag to applications, click to open etc, and it starts as if opening, but then i get a pop-up window says - 'failed - not initialised'. I have a iBook G4. Any creative thoughts for this laggard out here?
