    Angry WinMX Problems- Cannot Access File

    :shy I had recently downloaded Hellboy and after 350 mb or so, it crashed and Now it still wont connect again. I left it in queue for 13 ppl to download it and it says Error C:/My documents/ My music. But i haven't changed aything aboout the document.

    Pleeze Help

    WinMX is a crummy way to get video files. Use the Newsgroups or BitTorrent...

    If the computer or the program crashed, most likely that file is corrupted. You need to re-donwnload it!

    BTW, you need to edit out the file name. This is a public forum, the forum does not allow posting of any file name that cause trouble. Obey the forum rules.

    Shame on you Tom! This isnt helping with the problem. Winmx is really fast at getting popular videos if you work it right. But anyways

    Winmx does have a huge problem, people sharing partial files that are corrupted. You can try using the trim option to fix this file and you may have to trim it many times. First cancle the file and then right click on it. You should see the trim feature. Trim it and do a search for the file again. Select only the people who have the whole file and set it to not auto search for more sources. Hope this helps ya out.
