winMx 3.3 uploads

have used the old version for some time now. Ver 2.6. In the past Have downloaded the "Newer" versions of WinMx 3.2 & now version 3.3. I Quit useing ver 3.2 because I could NOT Limit the Up loads. I find the same thing is true in ver 3.3 !!
In the "Settings" ..."File Transfer"...."Queuing"..
I have the "Max Total Uploads" set to " 1 "
"Max Uploads Per User" set to " 1 "

Still when I use Version 3.3, I look down and see someone has Qed up 5 or 6 files. Next thing I know all the files that are Qed start to Up Load!!!!! What the hey is UP with That. ????
Have I missed a setting some where ? NEVER had this problem with Ver 2.6!! Set it at 1 and ONLY 1 Upload was allowed. Set at 2 and only 2 Uploads were allowed!
I liked version 3.2 on WinMx , and never had any problems with it OTHER than I could NOT SET the Upload Limit. 26 is falling on the way side..........so I need another P2P software program. But This Up load Thing on Ver 3.2 & 3.3 has just about done me in. Can any one show me ....... tell me .........what the hell I have done wrong ?

don't know what you are talkin about man i set my upload limit and it works just fine for me i've never had a problem with any version of winmx and certainly not any of the newer versions and i change my queuing the exact same way you do but you have to reopen winmx before those settings take effect

Any file in Q under 30K starts automatically.
Is that what you are talking about?
