I downloaded a song and tried to play it but i couldn't hear anything.I turned up the volume on the speakers.(still no luck) then i tried to go to volume control and it said "There are no active mixer devices available." but i dont see how that is possible because it worked just fine before i reinstalled windows. Please help. having no sound is driving me CRAZY!
