    Editing Videos

    Im looking for a program where I can take snipets of films. I want to take like 10 seconds of a video file or mpeg file. Just thought someone here would know a program where I can do that.

    Windows includes a Movie Maker, it's free. Don't know what other types of video files (vob, etc.), you need to provide more information so others can help!

    virtual dub is very simple to use and very good for taking snippets.

    ok I got virtual dub but I cant work out how to take snippets
