    1.at the near top-right click 'account settings'
    2.click 'edit avatar' on the left panel, then scroll down, it can't get anyeasier...

    Well avatars means 'display pictures' , i think the maximum size is 100px - 100px, so whenever you post a mesage, like now, you will see your avatar.
