i with the other guy. soulseek is the way to go. and if it isnt listed then goto the chat rooms and ask people if they have the artist and ask them to add you. 60% of soulseek i find is buddys list only.

everything created is copyrighted by default--websites. songs, books, napkin doodles, paintings, etc.
signed bands are enforced more often because they have the resources to do so
it's copyrighted, not written. Try IRC searches on Trance/whatever channel Fservs. etc. Maybe Piolet (good luck with rare stuff there, tho.)
