I have an ftp server on linux system. Anyone know a way where I can allow the contents of the server to made available to the file sharing community. I don't want to have it available to one network. Is their a common network so all users can access regardless of client, if so how.

why dont u simply share the address of ur ftp, and remove any login and passowrd required

i really dont get your point, why dont u just put the dump on your hdd, and share it with the p2p program of your choice

dc++ lets you share stuff that is on a network drive (provided you have access to it)
