I'm thinking of purchasing a TV capture card and was looking for some insight on the topic. I was hoping for some ratings and opinions on what and why members would choose a certain set up. Thanks in advance.
I think an ATI "All in Wonder" card is a wise choice. It just covers so much, all in one card, as the name implies. Plus you can get last generation models very cheap.
