Persoanlly I like WinMX I dont use it as much as I used to. WinMX was my first P2P program and its what got me into p2p and taught me a lot about computers. WinMx has tons of files and I find is pretty good for music especially older stuff. WinMX is different from most p2p programs because its more community focused, which pisses a lot of people off. People like to trade for things instead of sharing. Which starts to create problems. All in all though WinMX is fairly fast and has lots of files. I give it a thumsb up

I use WinMX for singles and I love it. DC++ for albums.

The only problem I have with WinMX is the occasionally long queue lines.
    How's about them apples?

I haven't used WinMX in probably like a year or so, mostly because of the long queues. If you're impatient like me, stick to bigger networks with a lot of sources. However, it is a pretty decient resource for music (and i've heard it's pretty nice for movies, too)

Like black magiic, Winmx was my first p2p program, and it taught me heaps. I'd recommend it, if for nothing more than the learning curve.
