Edonkey 1.0 possible huge spywear infestation issues

I've had edonkey 1.0 installed since the betas. today i relised it was randomly downloading adware and spywear via a javascript exploit in the ad banners inside the application pretty sneaky. ill give soem technical specs of what was downloaded. Some the components that downloaded then downloaded other spywear as well as browser hijackers and managed to crash me within minutes. here are the adaware scan logs. tell me if its related to edonkey 1.0 i strongly believe it is as for it downloaded when that program was running as i was not even on any site or other p2p apps.

you should disconnect your internet connection to bypass multi-language/spyware selection.

Yep, had the same prob. Only use Overnet 0.53/eDonkey 0.53/1.0 for filesharing. While one of the three was running, and nothing else. I got raped by a large group of spyare/adware including Powerscan, TVMedia, ISTbar, Ezula, and quite possibly some of the others you mentioned. They just hit you all at once, out of nowhere. Then you have to go to work tracking it all down in Program Files, Local Settings Temp, etc... I've had it come at me like 2 or 3 times now. I also opted out on the spyware when I set these programs up. And I also use Ad-aware 1.03, and it did find much of the same.
