I'm downloading a file right now with Azureus and it has stopped at 99.8%. The size of the file according to Azureus is 1.21 gb but it states that i have already downloaded 1.22gb(glitch?). Well anyways i dont wanna stop it because i tried to run a file that stopped at 99% with the original bittorrent client and it didn't work properly. What can i do? and it's been like this for a couple of hours now.
Don't worry about it! I don't know the exact reason for this phenomena, but I know that eventually it will complete. Somtimes it only completes after downloading 15% more of the actual size of the file!!!
Always keep in mind....If u'r aunt would have ballz, she'd be u'r uncle!!!
thanks....but it's kinda weird that it would stop at 99.8 %...almost as if its saying "I've made this idiot wait the whole day but i'm gonna stop right at the very end and laugh at him" :finger
It's prolly downloading broken file chunks, I believe eMule once had the same phenomenon where you might download 1.5GB of a 700mb file before you ever get that uncorrupt chunk.

Unless you are the following people, I do not particularly wish to associate with you:
Krell, HelenaP, mountain_rage, mfgbypooter, Mels_Smileys45, excrement_cranium.
That's it for now. This list will be updated whenever I feel like it.
there's a lot of incomplete files using torrent especially for rare files.. some users have the same chunks and stuck with the same percentage but sometimes they just have temporary problem connecting to tracker.

For extremely large torrents ~ 4gigs the problem is usually the downloader is using FAT32. In your case you might (have) be(en) waiting on rare torrent parts. This usually happens when there's not many "seen copies". Work on your virtues... this time patience.
