BIt tornado colour probs!!!!!

I am a fairly new used to BT and have so far had some success with it. but i am still confused as to what all the colours mean. I am currently trying to download a file it says has successfully downloaded at 100% but now the grey bar at the top has filled up green (which is seeding I think) and has stopped, it just keeps uploading slowly. The file however isn't accessable. i think something needs to finish downloading/uploading????
any help is much appreciated.

If it says its not downloading and the bar is full, the file has completed downloading and you can close the torrent.

Do you know where you saved the file? It should be accessable now. If you cant find it, run a search.
