It will be offline only. And guess what? No more random battles. You'll actually get to choose whether you fight a creature when you see it before you square off with it. Range, terrain, height and type of weapon will all factor in when it comes to combat. Should be a cool game aside from the totally Ghey look of lead blonde-boy Vaan.
