Did you recieve a letter or something?

Tell him to show you the proof. IP addresses, times, file names, hashes, whatever else.

2 options: tell them that you didnt download it, you already had it, or play stupid and delete it.

it'd probably be a pain to get from you b/c of the speed anyways.

Maybe your admin is confused and instead of downloading the game, he saw network traffic of someone trying to download the game off of your computer.

I wouldnt worry about being sued, almost no network admin would go as far as reporting you for "XXX!!!Internet piracy!!!XXX" and would probably just suspend your internet access, most admins anyway have their more than fair share of downloaded programs utilities.

Dont be too worried about it, just be prepared for the fact you may not have internet access for a while :]

They just are a little confused. They obviously saw your Buffy game in your share somehow and you got busted for sharing it, not dl'ing it.

If you have a Buffy game in your share and they got you for Buffy whatever, it's obviously that. Tkae it out of your share, simple as that.

There is another possibility: You may have had your PC hijacked to act as a proxy for someone else. This happens a lot more than people realise.

Often the hijacker will time his attack to a period when he feels no one will be using the PC and therefore be unaware of his actions.

Firewalls prevent this, but a lot of people don't set them up right or simply don't engage them.
