Fuck Kazaa: Sharman Release 2.7 Beta

Sharman Networks has rolled out a new beta of their widly used crapware client Kazaa. Its new features include;
Latest Changes:
* Search Agent – Schedule your searches
* Password protect your family filter
* Promote your blog or website
* Customize your toolbar
* Improved setup screen
* Better Kazaa startup
* Enhanced web view function
* Improved status bar and connection information
* New Media Player interface
* XP SP2 compatible
It however seems to have made no effort to fix the hashing problem that allows the network to be flooded with corrupt chunks of data, or integrate a bad IP list. At one time Fast Track was a network worth using. But in this day and age it is no longer worth the time or effort. We can not advise or readers any more strongly against using this software. Its loaded with record among of 3rd party software, and there are loads of good alternatives to it. It is also the network the vast majorty of file shares who have been sued where using.

yup, I downloaded the beta, dealt with the spy/ad ware and wanted to see if there was anything new. NOT really, at all. Sad that they started sucking so badly. Damn.
