RECORD OF THE WEEK
Avril Lavinge - My Happy Ending: Follow Up to Don't Tell Me and possibly the best single of her 2nd album My Happy Ending is a classic song of how men don't appreciete women.
This pop rock tune is certainly one of Avrils best yet. This canadian rocker certainly knows how to make a good track.

HOT SHOT RECORD
Tali - Airport Lounge: This track has had no Airplay, Videoplay and NO Promotion and yet it is a superb track. It starts of very slow on the piano and then the vocals come in and it speeds up. You can heardrums and guitars in this track. Taken from the album Lyric on my Lip and follow up to Blazin' her debut singe which never made any impact on the charts.
Airport Lounge is one of the best tracks on Lyric on my Lip and Tali deserves all the sucess she gets.

Anastacia - Sick and Tired: Again Anastacia prooves that she is one of the best female singers around. This track, which is the follow up to Left Outside Alone which is the fifth best selling single this year, prooves that she has made a full recovery and her voice is better than ever.

Acoustic Love Experience - Painted Pony: Originally scheduled for release in Febuary this year, these teenage girls already know there stuff. Painted Pony is an excellent song which should almost reach a Top 10 position but unfortunaltly it is almost unheard off.
Is this the last of Acoustic Love Experience? or Is there more to come?

Angie Stone - I Wanna Thank Ya: Following up her christmas hit Singed Sealed Delieved (I'm Your's) with Blue and Stevie Wonder. She releases this track with features good vocals and two male rappers after every verse and chorus. This song has an upbeat chorus but after a few listens it still doesn't do anything for me. Definatly not her bestbut she could produce much worse.

Ana - We Are: Brand new Songwriter/ Singer, Ana releases her debut single and first single to be lifted from the Official Soundtrack for Spiderman 2. Ana's track is a pop/rock and reffers to Spiderman via her Video and Lyrics. This was my second choice for Hot Shot Record and certainly has the potential for sucess.

Jamie Scott - Just: Jamie Scott releases this song which he says has personal value to him. This is a very slow song which he trys to liven up in the chorus but his attempt sadly fails. Jamie Scott is a new artist to the music scence and will be praying this will establish him in the world of music.

Swithcfoot - Meant to Live: This brilliant track is a Rocked Up tune by new outfit Swithfoot. This (Like Ana - We Are) is lifted from the Spiderman 2 album. Clearly a lot of thought has been put into this track and the right amount of promotion. This track has the potentional but do Switchfoot have the fans?
