My UL speed says it going at 300kbs and My UL speed is 30kbs. Its using all of my Memory. what is wrong with the speed?
What program shows it? Maybe you need to change the unit to kB and not kb because kb multiplies kB by 8. Therefore your 300kb/s must be about 37,5kB/s
The difference is bits and bytes. Poullos is correct, if your upload speed is advertised at 300 kb/s then it will indeed go as high as 30KB/s.
Remember, there are 8 bits in a byte.

What in the world do you mean by "it uses alot of memory" ? I thought you were asking about your upload speed. I'm having trouble seeing the connection unless you mean it is soaking up all of your bandwidth having your UL speed maxed.

....not sure if this is what you want or not, but here goes anyway.
if your constant (ab)use of the upload bandwidth is hampering your downstream, you may want to look into slightly limiting (by a few KB/s) your upload bandwidth. my favorite program to do this is NetLimiter.

Then make it half. If you still face the same problem look for some other reason IMO
