You need to load the Gnutella Host yourself.
Toadnode is a peer-to-peer (P2P) file-sharing application that makes it easy to search for and share files with people around the world. Toadnode taps into the Gnutella file-sharing network and supports plug-in functionality. Version 3.1 features a plug-in that supports 13 different languages. Toadnode does not contain any third-party software, spyware, or adware.
How do I connect to gnutella through toadnode?

you load the Nodes try http://gnucleus.com
Im tryin to make it connect all it needs is a list of Gnutella Host
so what's with people who want to use an obsolete client to connect to a current network when better featured alternatives exist?
first the napster guy now this one
let me be the first to welcome you officially to the 21st century, now go get limewire or shareaza and bugger off
lol Im the Napster Guy I just registered again. Toadnode seems to be one of the good Gnutella Clients compared to LimeWire.
And why exactly is it better??lol Im the Napster Guy I just registered again. Toadnode seems to be one of the good Gnutella Clients compared to LimeWire.
Um Bearshare and Limewire are really the only 2 major guntella clients nowadays (for windows at least) Why bother with old software when you can get the latest and greatest features on Gnutella (partial file sharing, etc)
I would highly reccommend BearShare its one of my favorite p2p client its suprisingly good for getting music
I notice you're not online now spikky, so you must be playing Pong or something.
This client hasn't been developed for 2 or 3 years and doesn't have any modern features like multi-source downloading. It's worthless. Get Bearshare or Limewire or use Shareaza.
Here's an old site I remember. http://www.gnucleus.com/gwebcache/ I think it's run by the President of the Model T Ford fan club.
You can put in url's 1 by 1 in Toadnode in a host window as I recall. Have fun :aim
