How to get banned?

I was just wondering, i don't wanna get banned or anything by not helping in threads but , can anyone list a detailed list of how to get banned? Its not meant to be in step by step instructions but just a short list.

No one is going to ban you for not helping or fanboying. You aren't really doing anything wrong. It just confuses people who are trying to seek help. If someone says how can I fix this and you say you should try torrentopia, they get all confused.

to get banned create a thread where you talk shite to everyone and swear relentlessly while spamming your favourite K-lite website and warez pagez

1.) Swear profusely
2.) Insult other members, including moderators and admins
3.) Talk about warez, and list file names
4.) Talk about earth station 5
5.) Advertise your program/website/service

Do all of that and thats a guaranteed ban.

You see it depends. If you are a friend of a mod, then you can do whatever you want, as many times as you want and you will never get banned. The influence that "regular" members have here should be pretty obvious. I mean look at this thread and at how many "regular" members who thought that they have the authority to answer your question here.

But then again i guess that old saying about zeropaid is true...

A friend of a mod makes no difference here, and as long as the answers are reasonable it should make no difference who posts them. We dont pick sides period.

Hawkburn and I actually knew why he was posting, that was why I posted and I assume that is why he took the time to post to. I knew exactly what it was in reference to as soon as I saw this thread and since I was the first person here, I figured why not give him a straight up answer to what he was looking for.

If I was wrong to do so, please remove it. I just figured that only a handful of people would even know what mushroomhead was talking about with this post.
