I liked Marlon Brando, he was great in the godfather and as the mad bloke in apocalypse now. He also had the guts to speak his mind, and thought the oscar ceremonies were a pile of shit.

LOS ANGELES (AFP) - Hollywood legend Marlon Brando's ashes have been scattered in California and Tahiti following a memorial service attended by stars that included Michael Jackson, Jack Nicholson and Warren Beatty, friends revealed.
The enigmatic Oscar-winner spent time with embattled pop icon Jackson, who had become one of his closest friends, at his Neverland Ranch in the months before his death, Brando's longtime attorney David Seeley told AFP.
The remains of Brando, who died of lung failure at the age of 80 on July 1, were scattered in California's picturesque Death Valley, 320 kilometers (200 miles) northeast of Los Angeles, as well as on his beloved Tahitian atoll where he once lived, friends said.
