    rmDC++

    One thing I noticed with rmDC++ is that it sometimes keeps running even if you shut it down. Check your Task Manager to see if it is still running.

    i suggest you try ApexDC++ it's an amazing client, really good latest features and technology
    and has a really friendly following, supports the peerguardian plugin too, to keep you safe from anti p2p organizations.
