help with dvd decrypter and some other shit?

ok i have encrypted my first dvd and it is in the folder where i wanted it,however i have noticed its split the dvd into heaps of different sections

for eg vts_01.1
vts_01.2 etc

now for arguments sake i wanted to share my home movies do u have to get all those files into i big folder or do they just dl sections and work it out for themselves,i am new to all this but it seems wierd that it is in so many diff sections

its just when i see stuff online its just one file only and none of the vts shit!
