Leave a comment/rate p2p software?

I know this has little relevance but there doesn't seem to be a better section to post it so...

I think these "leave a comment" and "rate p2p" software "thingies" (like for example the one for shareaza http://zeropaid.com/shareaza/) are really cool and would like to use the same functionality for some articles on my site...
