    best mac apps?

Can anyone provide recommendations on the best Mac file sharing apps for software and music? As well as any good content written on file sharing for Mac users?

    Thanks!

I set my friend up with the following:
    Limewire - http://www.limewire.com
    Azureus - http://azureus.sf.net (not this is a bittorrent client, it requires torrents to download. My favorite places are http://www.suprnova.org , http://tvt.milfclan.com , http://www.torrents.co.uk , http://www.torrentreactor.net , and http://torrent.youceff.com/ )
    Poisoned - http://gottsilla.net/

some use aquisition, but that's just another gnutella client, like limewire.

I just noticed also that Overnet/Edonkey has a beta gui version. My friend is very slow with learning, so I avoided giving her the command line client. You can try it at:
    http://www.overnet.com

    There is also mlmac:

I don't know about anything else. I'm not a mac user and never have been. I don't know if that was helpful or not.
