i been using bittorent for about a year now and maybe two months ago i was downloading a torrent i think it was total recall. i got this msg dowload currtupted please restart and resume and even my prograss bar went blank so i thought i had to start over well when i started over it did start where it left off and completed fine. just recently it' been doing it's happening more and more often. I thought it might be my bt client i was using it was a older version of shadow experamntal so i updated to newest one 10.32 i think that is what it is called and it is still happening. Is it me or tracker or what has anyone else had the same problem? i am using a firewall zonalrm 4.5 but i don't think it's the problem i been using it for a while like i said it just started 2 months ago. please help
I've had bad luck witht he Shadow/Bit Tornado versions.. but not to the extent when it tells you to restart. Maybe try a different client, and defragment your hard drive, as this could post a problem.

Your problem could be hardware related.
I had a bad problem with any BT client for a while with bad blocks during download.
The problem for me was a bad memory stick and it took me weeks to figure it out.
Try a free memory checker, i think you can get one at http://www.majorgeeks.com/
good luck.
