Bandwidth test showed 1111.7 kbps
DSL modem is a Westell 2200
Connected to an AirPort Extreme
Running Azureus
Downloading from SuprNova.org
Firewall is off
Ports 6881 - 6889 open
The "KB/s global max upload speed" Ive tried 10KB/s - 110KB/s
The Upload speed changes accordingly but the Download speeds stay the same
There was a "NAT error" on the "port test" during the Configuration Wizard, but I don't know what that means...
I never really go over 5 or 6 KB/s on my downloads...
Screenshots 01, 02, & 03 were taken at 10min. 15min. and 20min. respectively...
That 9.5 on screenshot 03 is rare...
Didn't last long either... (painful reminders of inadequacy)

you get extra good speeds. This is not the problem per se with suprnova I still get some decent speeds off of it but leechers do affect download performance as you need plenty of people uploading to get good speeds. Be warned though read thier faq as they use diffrent ports for thier downloads to keep Isp's from blocking them. I got quite a few decent Telecine's (yes not mislabeled TS but TC) off of there.

I cant see for myself why you might have problems as it all looks in order but Malicious might have an idea. I can tell you now though there appears to be nothing to suggest you would have problems except for the verizon one

Well,
first of all, you should find out what your upload is... then set the upload to about 80 percent or so (hell, I use about 66% myself and get awesome speed).
Your problem is that almost no one is sharing the file that you are downloading. Find something with more sources, or just wait... perhaps it is new and people have just started sharing it. It is also possible that it is just not popular... I did a suprnova search and I think I know what you are sharing, and it has only 3 and 3 sharing it... your speed is going to be shitty.

There was supposed to be 8 seeds on the first one and 110 on the second when I started them...
I just went back to check and now the first one has 3 seeds and the second has 129 seeds...
I picked these two to see what difference the seed thing makes...

As well use torrent spy to check the torrent link to make sure there are enough seeders and downloaders. That one url I gave you in pm is not the only one there are a few groups like that. Suprnova is such a good resource because its one of the only ones you dont have to register for..but that also brings other probs

That is your download... your upload is a different number... I am guessing that your upload is the industry average of about 256 or so... therefore your max upload would be 30K or so and you should set it to 20 - 24K or so. This is just a guess though.
Go to http://www.dslreports.com/stest and check your speed there... it will give you a nice infographic such as this... then base your upload off of this #:

the other thing though with verizon blocking ports is untrue
if you are behind a router *network* then u have to open various ports.
like i said verizon would not block ports because those ports need to be open for many reasons, business related too

BTW: Bookmansour... that is just a shitty undersourced torrent... I tried it out and there are five people sharing it (and those people don't have very big uploads, and I am guessing one of them is you). you are either going to have to wait or find it somewere else.

According to Google's calculator , you have an upload of about 16.375 KB/sec. You should probably set your upload to about 13KB/sec. or less if you so desire. As I have stated previously, this particular torrent just isn't going to go very quickly though...

You probably don't really have a problem other than your upload being set too high so that you do not have any extra bandwidth, which chokes your speed. If you found a torrent with more sources and such, you should be able ot get a respectable speed of at least 100KB/sec or so...
