    Question problem with winmx download

Hi I'have some problems with my download, I can't configure my winmx to download. I always receive the message time out .... (you know?).
I work with 3.31 versione and probably I have a T3+ connection (i can download up to 500KB/s ). Who can help me to configure winmx?

thx (sorry for my english :green4 )

Make sure you gave WinMX access out..you gave it server option in your firewall..if you use one.
500kbs is not a T3...also configure your WinMX like this:

1: From the Search Window: Change Auto Find Sources 15 to 10
2: From the Search Window: Change Enter Auto Queue 10 to 100
3: From Settings/Bandwidth Throttle: Change BW Graph to 15

    Dial Up Users:
4: Settings/Bandwidth Throttle Check Box Limit Outgoing Bandwidth to 3000
    5: Settings/Queuing: Max Total Uploads 2

    Broadband Users:
6: Change to Secondary Connection, if you have problems with connecting.

For incoming TCP if using port 6669 doesn't work you should try the 2nd option. You can leave the outgoing TCP settings alone for the moment.
