under $140 good Processor & MotherBoard?

i wanna buy a new AMD XP & a good MotherBoard...

I usually Play Games, Watch Movies & other stuff u all do too...
Playing Games is big a hobby...

can any one tell me which AMD XP Proccesor & MotherBoard Should I buy Under "US $140"...

i mean Flawless MotherBoard(Good for Games& Not Buggy) & good Proccessor(speed)...Under $140

May I recommend any asus board based on the A7N8X? Best buy for your buck (excluding the AMD64 chips, which are a little out of you range, but a very good buy for your buck)

ANd get the cheepest 400 FSB Barton processor you can. Maybe this one:

Ah, but that'd put you over.

I suppose you could settle for a 333FSB for now and upgrade later. Here's a good 333FSB Barton:

I think the board and the second processor put you at $145 dollars. Best I'm gonna be able to do for you. :) I really recommend the 400FSB if you can afford it though. ANyway, make sure you get some good ram to match your FSB. So if you went with the cheap processor (probably will) next buy some ram that runs at 333mhz. Such as this (at 333mhz/pc2700)
