Angry One More Thing To Think About

    http://www.zeropaid.com/news/article.../05312004a.php

    People this has to stop!

I don’t know about the rest of you but I am not falling for all this BS about the lawsuits and them going after downloader’s, and now uploaders? Give me a break, how long do we have to deal with all this BS; I mean it is so easy to protect yourself from things like this.

So here is the question, how many people honestly believe in this crap?

Reads like Grade-A propaganda to me. Pick a couple of comments out of an entire proceeding and frame an article around it. A pro p2p reporter not shilling for the RIAA could have written a completely different article about the same hearing. Only believe half of what you read, and then only if it can be backed up with three independent sources. I'm waiting for a complete transcript of the hearing, and then I'll decide for myself.

If this statement is meant to be a claim that the Berkman Briefings and Mary Bridges, Project Assistant of Berkman, are heavily biased in favor of the RIAA, please offer "real" supporting evidence. In actuality, the article appears to be little more than a Berkman self-promotional piece intermingled with some facts.

As far as I know the RIAA and MPAA have only sued uploaders. I guess we can pretend its not happening or is in the news.

You know, not to offend anyone on this site but just in this weekend alone I counted at the least 6 new stories about how the RIAA is getting tough. What I would like to know is how come the RIAA has to write so many articles about how they are going to stop file sharing all together. Everyday there is something new on the internet, and holy crap! How many of these do we have to read about.

I hardly hear about file sharing lawsuits on world news, as of matter of fact the only place that I ever heard about file sharing has been on Tech TV. So if these are such big news then why don’t we hear about it on the news everyday like the OJ Simpson Trial? It is all made up Bull Crap propaganda and we are all falling for it tooth and nail. Here is what I oppose we do about it, let’s not post their articles and don’t comment on them anymore. Let us all here at Zeropaid just fight back by not reading about it for just one day. Have you ever thought like one person in here put it, we are the fuel of their stupid articles and the more we keep on posting these stupid gossip articles the more we all have to worry about something new coming from their mouths. As a promise to everyone in here from this posting on, I am not going to comment on any of them or will I read them anymore. If I can get a few of you to stand with me in this and some of us just write to Zeropaid and explain why we don’t want to read about it anymore just maybe they will hear us and join in too.

For the love of God, Lets talk about something new in here. Let us all move on the better and new things that we can enjoy. If you don’t understand why just take a few moments to understand and to read all these postings in just the last month. If they isn’t enough proof for you, then I don’t know how to make you understand. Come on guys, we are all smarter then this and the more we fuel this fire the bigger it gets. It is time for us to close this book and reach for another. To help each other, to stand together as a team to put a stop to this crap once and for all.

Well i'll just have to disagree. Ignoring the facts wont make them an less real or go away. Knowledge is power, ignorance is bliss. You pick which one you want the most.

Ok you have a good point, but how many times do you have to be told that you are doing wrong?

    People Don't Care

Wow I am surprised; people really eat this stuff up like a good steak. I understand though it is really human nature and you just can’t get a lot of people to fully understand. I did find out one thing that was interesting. Zeropaid is a big supporter of P2P file sharing, and all the news that comes with it. Dang, people have to talk about something.

I don't understand, what exactly is the problem?

Do you feel you know something that nobody in the entire known universe knows?.......That you are above a certain group, and have achieved a higher understanding?

I sense a bit of a self-centered personality, shining through your posts.

It’s information. People can do whatever they want with it, including not reading it. This site posts news. That includes news on the legal aspect of file sharing, which just happens to be in abundance. 72 program/updates aren't released every day, and other news isn't coming out every minute. News sites, and such, like Zeropaid, need news articles to post.

There is the answer to your "why?".

I want as much news as possible. The more I know, the smarter I am about filesharing. News is a good thing as long as you don't take it 100% everytime. Use your noggin and you'll get good info between sources.

You know what you're doing is illegal already, get over it! :;)
