    Exclamation I/O and corrupted files

Hi, after running a scan using Kaspersky antivirus, I noticed I had several corrupted files (7) and 23 I/O errors. The scan found no virus bodies or anything else. Well using the detail on the program I managed to delete some of the corrupted files (I was scared to delete some as they were in my printer driver folder) perfectly ok. However, I do not know what these I/O (Input/Output) errors are, and how to correct them and I was wondering if anyone could help. My computer appears to be working fine at the moment, by the way.

    Thank in advance
    Michael
