I thought it was the 5th or 6th or something, whatever night I ended up watching 2 hours of Nirvana videos.

At least we have the Foo Fighters! Its sad though. After the release of "You Know Your Right" I just wonder what could have been.

what could of been of what?? I remember when they broke out of seattle.. NIRVANA came out and was signed to Geffen records. He was living on the street the day his album came out.. Got evicted because he had no money for rent. Its sad the music industry killed him. Obviously if you work close to somebody or saw the signs. They could of got him help.. But they ignored it and knew they had tons of material to release after his death.. which they did release lots of albums afterwards of things recorded in studio. They didnt have to give him a cut. And they figured Courtney love be strung out and die a little afterwards so they would have more money.

Curt Cobain was just a burnout asshole with a slight bit of talent. So what he's dead! He would have burnt himself out no matter what. Too bad his asshole wife hasn't done it yet!

I do remember about the Kurt Cobain incident back in the 90's. Kurt's suicide was from druqs, but he was a good kid before the drugs killed him. He would probably be still alive if without the usage of druqs. I wonder how is Courtney doing with the kids.

This guy defined music for a generation. Doesn't matter what people think of him, his stuff is going to be remembered after most of us are toast.

The state took the child away from Courtney Love because she's a nut drug addict. The girl is 11 now. Frances Bean.

I'm not sure what's up with that case now. She does all sorts of stupid shit and I'm glad she's not getting away with it.

Theres a good documentary you should "look" up, Kurt and Courtney, that really presses Love on questions of Kurts death. It will make you believe she had a hand in his death. It makes her out to be the bitch she is.

Now, see, that's the attitude of someone who just can't accept other people's opinions. Fair enough if you think he was an asshole, but his music has affected millions of people, both during his life and after his death. Anyone who thinks Nirvana weren't a 'great' band due to the effect they had on music is just plain ignorant, IMHO.

When I first heard "Smells Like Teen Spirit" I couldn't stand it. I think I was new to the Seattle scene or something. A few months later, I was hooked and have enjoyed Nirvana ever since. I think it to be a shame that Cobain is no longer here. Much as CP has stated above, music would not be the same without the presence of Nirvana touching the world's ears. I will never regret enjoying them and the memories their music has provided. It is unfortunate that so much drama manifested after Cobain's death. I hope that Dave, Chris & Courtney all find their peace in life soon so that we can focus on the great things that they have contributed, rather than the scandals and bitterness that we already have in the world.

That is it in a nutshell! And besides, what rock star wasn't a drug addict at some time? Even Pat Boone inhaled!
