backing up DVDs to Your hard drive

Curious to see what methods you use. I personally rip to vob files with DVD Shrink then encode into divx, works pretty good. What programs do you guys use?

If u dont mind can u tell me with wht
software do u encode the VOB files
into DIVX? or whts the easiest way
to go abt it with good quality!
