spyware issue

hey guys

couple of questions. I was wondering if anyone knows if spybot or adaware remove keyloggers or some trojans. If not any clue of a program that does?

My other questions is sometimes I forget it to scan my computer is there a good decent program that works to prevent spyware and adaware from getting into my computer in the first place?
