    converting to vcd

hiya... which is better for converting movies to vcd? Tmpeg(where can i get this?) or simply using Nero burning software? im talking about quality...

also, which P2P do ppl think is the best for high quality new movies?

can you download files already in vcd format...? had a look on overnet and couldnt find anything in that format?

    1) TMPGEnc is better than the built in Nero.

    2) Bittorrent probably has the newest, but it isn't secure in the least. Any network should be a decent source if the movie has been circulating for @ 2 weeks.

    3) Yes you can. They don't always show up in the write-up as vcd's, they are inditinguishable from regular avi's at times. A search on kazaa does return some vcd's if you search for 'vcd'.
