I don't usually post on this site, but I was reading an opinion column at pcmag.com (not plugging the site) by John C. Dvorak titled "ode to napster"
I thought it might be worth posting a link to the article here.

I like Dvorak because he is one of the mainstream hitech journalist to openly support fileswapping. He makes some good points on how music sales went down after Napster was shut down ( I'm still mourning the loss.)
