Thumbs up John Dvorak's Ode To Napster

I don't usually post on this site, but I was reading an opinion column at pcmag.com (not plugging the site) by John C. Dvorak titled "ode to napster"
I thought it might be worth posting a link to the article here.

I like Dvorak because he is one of the mainstream hitech journalist to openly support fileswapping. He makes some good points on how music sales went down after Napster was shut down ( I'm still mourning the loss.)
anybody have any other ideas on this?

Being biased shows your opinion on something. Opinion uses a person's right to free speech. Dvorak being an United States citizen, he can speak as he wishes. Obviously many people enjoy his articles (including myself), so he gets 2 articles to himself in every edition of PcMag (which I subscribe to)
My current setup stats (like anyone cares...):

    ASUS A8N32-SLI Motherboard
    AMD 4400+ Dual-Core CPU
    Windows Vista (Ultimate 32bit)
2 GB (2x1GB) Corsair XMS RAM
2x250 GB (in RAID 0) HDDs
EVGA GeForce 7950 GTX 512 MB
    Creative X-FI Fatal1ty XtremeGamer

    Also sporting a black MacBook
    Revision/Release 1
    Upgraded to 2GB RAM.
