when the message comes up, make sure the box is in focus and then press alt + print screen print screen is up on top next to scroll lock. Then the image of the box is on your clip board, so just paste it into paint or something and save it.

    11205 ms

well it is just saying if a possible offset of 1120ms is unacceptable, you need to decode the file to wav first.

11205 ms is very small but what is to stop you from just saying ok and viewing the result?
If it ultimately is unacceptable you will then have to decode the file to wav.

Just do it and see what happens. It won't hurt anything.

vbr is variable bit rate and cbr is constant bit rate. vbr often creates little problems like this. It doesn't mean the sound is bad, it means the sound may be a little out of sync. but milli seconds is very small to measure. Still I realise it could the movie unacceptable to you, yet it is worth just going for it and viewing the results.

just make a copy and save it in case you are unhappy with the results and you can try again later.

    decode to wav

you need to decode the sound file to wav format.

I will try and find a tutorial I have somewhere on my hard-drive.

    Wesr,
You might want to try one of these sites they both have info on converting/burning video to cd, there should be a tutorial or something in their forums that might address your problem
