Very very good. It maxes my 1mbit bandwidth. Check what files are on offer at www.suprnova.org.
As for access, you need control over the router/server.

yeah anyway.. suprnova kicks ass.. and you must be able to forward ports to get any speed over dialup... i believe its TCP 6881-6889
