Hi there, I have been using kazaa lite for ages and all of a sudden when i try to connect to download a file it will not let me!
I have tried downloading files with alot of sources and it still comes up need more sources. when i finally start downloading the download speed is as slow if not slower than dial up....can anyone tell me why this is and if i can fix it?
Are you on a college network?
If you are on a college network. there is nothing you can do. The bandwith for p2p are limited by the network admins to combat sharing and uploading from their network. You can try disabling sharing on p2p, that will possibly increase the bandwith and the downloads will increase. Another idea is to move on. Kazza lite is dead and useless p2p with many fake files on there, try overnet or shareaza, they are far better and have less fake files then fastrack.
Try a later version of k-lite. The new supernodes are blocking old versions.

Well, kazaa is one of the most desperate p2p wares I have ever seen... I never will use it...
