Hi, I was wondering if I could get a little help explaining something that has been puzzling me for some time.
I am at University in St Andrews (Scotland) in uni halls, thus I am on the LAN. I have been using KLR with no problems, I set my incoming port as 3801 in the "Firewall" tab on the settings and that works great.
However, using 3801 as incoming port on other programs, like WinMX which I was sure could be used on LAN does not seem to work.
Am I doing something wrong or is there some sort of fundamental difference between KLR and other p2p programs?

are you using them at the same time on that port?

No, I already thought of that, but thanks for the suggestion

I tried, it a still doesnt seem to work.
Maybe I hae one of the setting wrong, I set it up as a cable, then manually set TCP port to 3801 and said that I could not recieve UDP connections (wasn't at all sure about this)
Are these settings correct, got any other ideas?
Thanks in Advance
