    problem with downloading

    Hey guys everytime i try to download any software I am having some problems..I really dont know how to fix it...I would really appreciate if anyone of you can help me....The error message i am having is:
    C:\................\somefile.exe could not be saved because the source file cannot be read. Try again or contact the server administrator...

    I get the same message in all the downloads....Thanks for creating this good forum guys...I appreciate

    who is your ISP?

    is this computer on a network?

    are you trying to download from different download sites?

    sounds like you have very little drive space. Try deleted things you don't need -- and try again.
    Edit: on reading the message again, I could be wrong. Just another posibility.
    Is this strictly files you get off the net, or is it off a file sharing program.

    Okay my ISP is Rogers....and when i mean downloading files i mean the ones from the internet........I am having that problem to download them...and I been trying to fix it but i have failed

    try an alternative browser (such as mozilla firefox) and see if you are able to download programs with it...

    if that works, and you still want to use Internet Explorer...i would recommend reinstalling it.

    whats your ram size, I had a similar issue when using overnet, I couldnt download any files for days then I put an extra stick and it worked

    there is something simlar to this, try searching for Bittorent saving error or go visit the bittorent side of Zp
