Does anyone know if there's a site (like EFF or Tech TV) that has a list of the "subscriber names" from the last round and the current lawsuits brought by the RIAA?

nope none that I know of, but they are out there you just have to google them

The last round and this round (over 1000 total) only consisted of IPs for now. The first batch of 532 just got approved by the courts to move to a discovery process, of which just now they are linking names to the IPs.

In short, the names aren't available yet because of the new process the RIAA must follow in order to get your info. It doesn't matter though, it just takes a little more time and a little more money to do it.
